Plane Black Box
62What is a Black Box and Where is it located ?
Black Box is the name for a flight recorder , a device carried in aircraft. its purpose is to reveal the cause of faults if they develop in flight.Flight recorders show how aircraft systems work.
They give information about a plane's landing, height , sir speed, and rate of decent and so on. On some recorders, the information appears as lines engraved on a strip of metal foil.
This is housed in a crash-proof, fireproof, floatable box. In a crash, the box is hurled out of the plane and recovered later. There is also digital recorder the information in binary code.
Besides a flight recorder, airlinears also carry a cockpit voice recorder to record aircrew conversations. Between them, the flight recorder and voice recorder help experts to ascertain the cause of a crash , even if all aboard are killed. Such information also helps designers to produce safer planes

I would like to learn what are the circumstances & or requirements that give a person access to the information of a recovered blackbox and or cvr??
Is there a general unit that is appointed to recover the bb & cvr, or is this a speculative to the qualified and or willing able person/s or agency/ies??
